Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello, I cannot print anything in color only black and white. I deselected grayscale but still prints in B/W. I updated the firmware as well. Any ideas ? Thanks....

Hi jd1600,

 

This printer model HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125a is monochrome printer. It means it can only print black and white.
