IT WILL ONLY PRINT EVERY OTHER PAGE CORRECTLY!!!  CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT!

Sorry for your problem.  Can you tell us what the bad page looks like.  is it upside down or printed cross page (landscape) versus down page (portrait)?  Did you try to print a duplex document on a simplex printer and in manual duplex it will only print the odd pages in the first pass and then ask you to put the media back in for the even pages.   tell us more please.  Dovid

Please make sure you only have 1 Print queue for this printer.

* If you are on a Windows computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers and make sure your device is not duplicated. You can download the latest drivers for your device by clicking in the next link:
