Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i own a new OMEN 17 w005na (ENERGY STAR) it freezes every 2-4 hours of use, I've recently formatted it and I'm still having the same issue. it normally happens while gaming (on various games) the laptop freezes and becomes unresponsive, this happens on both Wireless and LAN connections

When I recently purchased my 17-w053dx, it was freezing, but much more often that 2-3 hours. I updated the BIOS and it seemed to fix it.

I've checked HP Support assist to see if theres any updates for the BIOS, i have the most recent one
