HP Recommended

I have no sound on my HP 8470p. It doesn't work on Win7 and Win10. I've checked it in UEFI test. No sound from speaker and headphones

I've recieved error code:

ERROR ID: GW0FPX-8HC8HE-XD6X0K-20BN03

PRODUCT ID: B2G38EC#ABB
BIOS: 03/28/2013
