Product: H.P. Envy 15t j100 cto energy star w/beats audio
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After getting windows update is gone from my my pc, as always with a big updates. When I tried to download the driver from HP, I get an error code -2147024891 upon the installment process. Is there something that I'm missing?

Hi:

 

See if this W10 IDT with Beats Audio driver from a newer model notebook also works on yours.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...
