I rest my computer and now my sound doesn't work and I have no beats audio.

Hi! @AOZ, Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

 

I understand that beats audio is not working on your computer.

 

Please try few steps mentioned below.

 

Go to windows desktop
Hold Windows key + Letter R key.
Run dialog box would open type devmgmt.msc
Device manager window will open.
 Righ Click Menu select Update Driver Software.
Select browse my computer for driver software.
Choose Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Select next and follow the instructions and click finish.
Choose High Definition Audio Device.
Select Yes in the Update Driver Warning.

 

Please provide the product number and operating system of your computer. So I can get you a better solution.
