Product: ProBook 650 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Blue Parrot B250-XT.  I would like to be able to use it on my computer for Skype for Business/Lync phone calls.  I am able to pair it to my computer.  Once paired the computer tries to install device driver software, however, it fails to do so everytime so I am unable to use my bluetooth device.  Am I just out of luck or does HP offer a driver for bluetooth headsets.  I was able to connect my bluetooth printer and use it so my computer's bluetooth is operational, it just doesn't work for my headset.
