HP 240 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. Recently bought this HP 240 G4 notebook computer and I'm happy about it, except on a big detail: the AWFUL pre-set equalization which makes the audio sounds way more "brilliant", with more trebles, like an enhanced brightness. The problem is that I work with audio edition, and I SHOULD have a flat equalization audio system just like everybody else.

Initially the problem was bigger, because it seemed that the system "distorted" the music with some special effect. I DELETED the DTS Studio sound software which caused all the ugly, disgusting distortion (some kind of special "effect" which added echo); this problem dissapeared, but the "brilliant" equalization is impossible to remove. In other words, I can't get "flat" sound from this computer like in almost every other computer, seems like it is "improved" brightness by defect.

I want to know how can I disable this pre-set "briliant" equalization and have flat eq just like everybody else.

Thank you in advance.
