Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've tried everything so far, including removing the Bluetooth driver, changing the driver from Device manager, making sure Bluetooth service is on auto and updated the lastest Intell Bluetooth driver.

 

The device does show up in Bluetooth Devices but when I double click on it to connect, it just doesn't connect.  I went into the audio device and tried to connect the headphones from there and nothing.

 

Help please!
