HP Recommended

I have recently bought the hp probook 450 g2 and there is a problem in this.... the brrp sound in audio or video for half a second that problem is being faced by everyone nowadays.... I have also found the solution from somewhere ... there were written that go to control panel and then sound and then playback tab click the selected option and then click the properties then go to enhancement and click disable the enhancement option..
but the problem is I have not any enhancement option there.. 
I am using windows 8.1 
please help!!
