HP Envy 15t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been suffering with this issue since I bought this laptop.  I've tried all of the "troubleshooting" suggestions, updated drivers and BIOS, did a plethora of research, and even waited for Windows 10 to come to hopefully get a updated driver with a fix for it.  However, the fluctuation in sound quality as well as muffled bass and overall terrible sound quality is never fixed.  THIS IS DEFINITELY A DRIVER (SOFTWARE) ISSUE!

The question I have is, will this issue--which has been recorded in this forum since 2011-12--ever get fixed?!

Of course, I can go to Device Manager and choose the "High Definition Audio Device" driver of the sound section from Microsoft and remedy this issue, but Iose most of my internal speakers' power and quality on my Envy 15t laptop.  I lose the play of the subwoofer as well as two of the four other speakers.  It's like I have to choose external sound quality over internal sound quality, which I shouldn't have to AT ALL.

So, one more time, the question:

Will this issue ever get fixed?!
