HP ENVY X2
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Sir or Ma'am,

 

I have reviewed many forums and updated drivers from differenct HP & Microsoft sites for months without restoring the ability to use my headphone jacks.  The sound from speakers worked prior to my recent attempts to get the headhpones to play sounds. Please assist. 

 

I am using an HP ENVY X2 with windows 10. 

 

1. Updated audio drivers and restarted countless times

2. Uninstalled audio drivers, deleted old files and reinstalled countless times

3. Installed older drivers

4. Updated bios

5. Updated HP support assistant

6. Used boot up component testing option
