HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511W0AV)

Hi

We have a number of Windows 11 HP laptops (all pretty new, purchased 2023).

There all exhibit audio issues in that whenever the users of these laptops are in a Teams or Zoom call, the other participants on the call say that the audio from the HP user is very poor. They report the audio oscillates from low to normal and the audio equally does not sync with the video.

Multiple tests have been performed i.e.

-replacing headsets,

-using different usb ports

-having the headset connected into a docking station

-having the headset connected directly into the laptop usb port

-changing audio drivers (usbaudio.,sys, IntcUSB.sys )

but  the issue persists.

We have now started buying Dell laptops as we are having no luck resolving this issue.

Is anyone else aware of this issue and/or has a solution.

Thanks in advance.

Brian
