Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP ProBook 430 G3 combo jack not picking up headset/mi​c combo. using 4 wire headset..note detecting in play back deviced..Only detecting mic..this issue observed on all my colleges laptop of this series. HP probook 430 G3..pls suggest
