Alright, so I bought this laptop of someone knowing the audio was not working. I'm  trying to fix the audio  but nothing is working. I've been searching online to find the issue for weeks but still have not been able to resolve the issue, so this is my last resort if theres no one who can fix this issue ill stop trying to find answers to fix the **bleep** audio. I have tried to uninstalll the High Definition Audio Device from device manager and restart my laptop but that doesnt work.  I have also tried many other things even the guides which are on this website. 

 

The original owner of this laptop has told me after he has updated the windows from 8 to 10 the audio stopped working. I think there is an SRS Premium Sound card installed into the laptop, not really sure. CAN I GET SOME HELP ASAP PLEASE.
