HP Recommended

So, i have a HP 250 G7 Notebook PC i purchased it in 2020 for my online classes and the device is pretty much okay but like recently from the last 5-6 months the disc tray doesnt open neither with the button or the safety pin hole, in fact there is no dvd drive in file explorer so i cannot eject the disc to open the tray. Please help me ASAP cause i have a disc inside the tray which contains important files
