You're very welcome.

Below are the links to the drivers you need...

Audio.  Install and restart the PC.

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

File name: sp59649.exe

PCI Device:

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

File name: sp58518.exe

PCI Simple Communications Controller:

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

Hi:

Please post the full model number or product number of your g4 notebook.

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

Thanks Paul,

I already installed the drivers for PCI device and PCI simple Communiction Controller and it works!!!

However for the IDT Audio, it didn't work. My friend told me mayber because my battery is almost out of lifetime and need replacement. Does it affect the speaker of my notebook or mayber the hardware(speaker) itself needs replacement?

Then, 2 new problems arises:

1.AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.20)

   These are the hardware IDs:

    PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6840&SUBSYS_183A103C&REV_00
   PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6840&SUBSYS_183A103C
   PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6840&CC_030000
   PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6840&CC_0300

2. BCM20702A0

     These are the hardware IDs:

        USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E3&REV_0112

        USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E3

Thanks a lot...

You'wre very welcome.

The audio should work regardless of the battery condition--and if the notebook is plugged in.

I am not a PC repair tech by trade or training, so I couldn't speculate why the audio isn't working despite the driver being installed.

You need these drivers for the other devices you listed...

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6840

This package provides the AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and Catalyst Control Center for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. For notebooks with switchable graphics modes, this package includes drivers for both graphics processing units (GPUs). Switchable graphics enable users to switch between a power-saving graphics mode (normally used under battery power) and a high-performance graphics mode. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

File name: sp58894.exe

BCM20702A0:

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver and software for supported models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 devices and is compatible with Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 and earlier versions.

File name: sp56715.exe
