Product: ProBook 470 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have 2 problems.
First I can not use my headphones, when I plugged them in to the headphones continue to play sound from built-in speakrs, and show that headphones are not connected (the headphones work with my phone, and old laptop).
I had Install the latest audio driver, and the problem is the same as before.
The second problem is that in device manager I have a uknown device "000eSMS/MMS" what driver I need to install for this device.
I upload print screen from my device manager
Regards
Gulev
