Hi,
I am using a HP envy x2 nootbook and running windows 8.1 x64 bit op. system. I just reinstalled windows and since then the headphone jack's are not working. Nor the one on the keybord part and nor the one on the tablet one. I used headphones with 4-conductor connector like my Iphone 6S headphone jack. As I assume my divice manager does not note anything wrong. Could it be a driver problem? Or a hadrver problem?

Do the laptop speakers go mute or it just keeps going on as if nothing were plugged in?

Meanwhile I reinstalled the drivers and now it is working just fine. :)) However new issue came up. As I noticed the touchpad double tap quick switch off (on the pad in the left upper corner) wont work. I reinstalled the driver and wont work either. Before the win reinstall it worked.
Thanks for the help.
