HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p108
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am running Windows 10 64-bit Core/Standard/Home edition, Previously on windows 8.1 I was able to uninstall Beats by uninstalling the Realtek drivers, and then by reinstalling the generic realtek drivers from their website I was able to replace the faulty Beats Audio control panel with the Realtek HD Audio Control Panel.

When attempting to do so now, Beats keeps reinstalling itself even though I am using the generic driver from Realtek... Is there any way to prevent this? Or is my only hope to sell this laptop and buy from another brand?

Thanks in advance.

Is there an updated version of this driver now? I cannot seem to find it anywhere else. Or will redownloading it from that link provide an updated version?

Thanks in advance.
