Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello i recently bought a laptop a HP 16-af159au 16inch notebook and it has only 1 head jack for headphone but i want to that headjack to audio line in how can i do it.We have tryed every thing but it dosenot work.Please help me with it or else this laptop is of no use to me.I hope HP will in future their note book and laptops with 2 phone jacks with 1 in and 1 out.

If the model number of that notebook is HP Notebook - 15-af159au instead of the HP 16-af159au  then HERE IS THE MANUAL. On page 8, it shows the location of the headphone jack as #9 and says

 
(9) Audio-out (headphone)/Audio-in (microphone)jack
Connects optional powered stereo speakers, headphones,
earbuds, a headset, or a television audio cable. Also connects an
optional headset microphone. This jack does not support
optional microphone-only devices.
 
That would lead me to believe the jack is a three-in-one jack instead of the regular headphone style.  The difference is the microphone is on the third band of the connector and an optional microphone does not line up with that connector.
