Hi my HP laptop model dv6226us came preinstalled with OS vista and I upgrade OS to window 7 do I need to upgare all devices on my laptop. My laptop still show the OS is VISTA.

I looked up the software and drivers page for your notebook model, and I'm not seeing any Windows 7 drivers available, unfortunately. Is there a component that isn't working after the upgrade?
