HP Recommended
Product: Probook 430 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently upgraded to Windows 10 and Office 365 and after the upgrade noticed that several of our ProBooks' microphones no longer work.

 

I am unable to uninstall the driver.  Nor am I able to download the driver from the HP website.  

 

Any suggestions for troubleshooting the microphone issue?
