Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hello, I have problem with my probook 470 g3. Sometimes audio driver freeze audio settings. When audio settings freeze I can't play youtube stopping video and can't set volume level. When set audio level it's freeze immediately. Must restart system to back normal. Sometimes I have bluescreen. When laptop in sleep, i turn on but laptop can't turn fans go to max speed and laptop restart. Bluescreens logs

Problem is display audio driver version 8.20.0.931.
