HP Recommended
Product: ProBook 450 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I hve a brand new laptop and when I put in headphones it comes up saying I have inserted them into the sudio jack. There are times when the sound doesn't work but when I pull the headphones out, the sound works through the speakers perfectly. I re-insert and it doesn't work. Then other times, there is no problem. It's quite frustrating when sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Is there a way to stop this happening? Does anyone else have this problem.
