I keep having the same NO BASS issue and it drives me CRAZY!!!!!  You would think this problem would have been fixed by now in the updates.  I had 8.1 and had to fix it before, now that I updated to Windows 10 it's happening again.  I'm trying to run a recording studio and I can't believe I'm still dealing with this issue, I'm LOSING MONEY AND CLIENTS BECAUSE OF THIS!!!  Especially you would think a "Beat Audio" machine would have BASS!!!!  Please help!!  Thanks in advance!

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this W10 IDT audio driver and restart the PC.

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

File name: sp63555.exe

Thanks a lot Paul, that worked!  I will keep this on file to recover, if another update messes it up again.  I really appreciate your help sir!

You're very welcome.

Not quite resolved.  Now it's messed up again.  I guess I'll try and re-install the driver.  Sometimes it fixes with a restart also.  I just wish HP could finally fix this problem, it's so frustrating!!!
