Speakers dont work, i made an audio playback test but i get a failed message :
help please.

At the outset, I think you’ve done a remarkable job running diagnostics to determine exactly what was wrong with the computer. Superb work and kudos to you for it! It is a privilege to work with technically competent and savvy customers like you.
As it is clear as day, that the computer’s sound card has failed, the only option left is to contact phone support to get the unit serviced. Please visit this link http://hp.com/contacthp to do it. Please select the country and language settings. Then make sure to enter the product# of the unit and follow the instructions on the screen to contact phone support.

Hi @serabile,
I thank you for replying to the post and accepting this as a solution. The sound card is not damaged. The speakers need to be replaced. You could contact phone support to get the computer serviced. Please visit this link to contact phone support: http://hp.com/contacthp
