Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting no sound from my subwoofer when I am docked (using the 3.5mm jack), just sound from the satellite speakers. When I unplug the speakers from the docking station and plug directly into the computer, the speakers and subwoofer work fine (wouldn't be much of a big deal if the docking station did not block the 3.5mm jack when docked). Having researched this, I have seen where others have had this problem with different pc's and solved it by altering some audio settings, but I do not have the settings options that they have used, so thus unable to duplicate the solution. I have downloaded and successfully installed the latest Conexant HD Audio driver. I have 2 ultraslim docking stations (one older style, one newer) and the problem exists on both.

Here are my specs:

HP Elitebook 745 G3

AMD A10

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Speakers: JBL Encounter 2.1

Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Steve
