Zbook 15
Linux

Recently, I installed Linux on my zbook and  removed window. I realized that headphone is not working anymore when I am pluging into the docking station.  I would like to mention that earlier my headphone was working well when I had window.  Laptop speaker is giving sound even when headphone is plugged into the docking station. On the other hand, headphone is working fine when I am plugging into the laptop.

Hello Sam,

If the laptop is docked and the headphones are plugged in,

1. Unplug the headphones

2. Undock the laptop

3. Allow the laptop to re-fresh (I would verify that sound is still coming from the laptop at this point)

4. Plug in the headphones.

5. Dock the station.

6. If you have an audible alert when your laptop is docked you should hear it now.

Hope this helps!
