HP ENVY m6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have had this laptop - HP ENVY m6 Notebook PC for about 3 years. But the laptop has thermal shutdowns quite often. This has been the case even when it was quite new. Then I bought a laptop cooler but it has not been effective. My previous Toshiba laptop was a cheaper and less advanced one, but never did that. I want to solve this problem, as this is such an interference to my work. I think a laptop should be able to withstand normal usage without having to shutdown. I would gladly buy the best laptop cooler that can provide me the solution so that I can work without interruption. Or would like any other solution. Please help. Thanks.
