When i click on "microphone properties" and click the enhancements tab, the only option is "disable all sound effects". How do i fix this? i want to use realtek sound effects/environments.

Hi! @teyari12, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you don't have audio enhancements on your PC. The only option you see is to disable all the sound effects.

Don't worry I'd love to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.

By default, if you select enhancement tab you will only see disable all sound effects.

However, if you want to use Realtek sound effects/environments you have use realtek audio manager and change the settings.

Refer this article to know more information about resolving microphone issues.

Also, you can refer this document to know more about using Sound Effect Manager.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
