Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

Recently purchased a second hand 5.1 speaker set (had been using 2.1 only so far) and having problem where the 2 front speaker is not working if playback device is set to 5.1 surround (only work in Stereo) however, center, surrounds and subwoofer is working when I clicked each speakers manually to test but no sound come out when I click the front speakers.

So if I set my AVR to straight (bypass all DSP) only 2 front speakers and subwoofer and if I want all 5.1 speakers to work I need to either choose one of the Cinema DSP options (spectacle, adventure, pro logic, etc).
Signal info in AVR says 2/0/---

Here's the system and setup
HP ProBook 4530s running windows 10 via HDMI to Yamaha RX-V373 via HDMI to Epson Projector

In Playback devices I have 3 devices listed
- Speakers/HP – IDT High Definition Audio CODEC
- Communication Headphones – IDT High Definition Audio CODEC
- EPSON PJ – Intel® Display Audio

Intel Display Audio driver that comes with Intel Graphics 3000 drivers is using latest driver 3993 Rev.A (6.16.0.3154), have also tried different drivers and same result.

In Device Manager, under Audio inputs and outputs there's Epson PJ and it's using Microsoft Audio Endpoint driver version 10.0.10586.0

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,
Steven
