There is a problem with my PCI device drivers. The message on the properties page is
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."
I have tried Updating the drivers but it doesn't work, I am using Win 10 (Upgraded from Win8.1),my laptop details are mentioned below:-
Model - Product name: HP Split 13 x2 PC
Product number: E7E81EA#ABV
Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit
Appended below is the Information under PCI Device Properties, Tab "Events" :-
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5227&SUBSYS_522710EC&REV_01\4&7c16f8e&0&00E1 requires further installation.
Kindly advice.

Try the W10 card reader driver directly from Realtek.
You want to download and install the first driver on the list...
