Hello.

 

Laptop didn't see any external sound capture devices. After driver reinstall, it see all devices but can't capture voice from microphones.

I test standalone microphone and some headphones (with wired and bluetooth connection). Result is same.

Update driver from device manager solve my problem. I don't know why it won't fix my problem last 3 times, but now all work fine!
