I have an HP15 laptop Product #F9H61uA#ABA;  Model#  15-g029wm  Rev:21F7-100. I want to know if there is a way to record my voice and guitar song onto it in such a way that it can be saved and uploaded onto a Copyright office website. You can record using your machine with a suitable recorder software or use Windows default voice recorder

You can save files as mp3 or other audio formats and then upload to any legal sites where you wish.

I saw your other post. Did you try Windows Voice Recorder as shown  on my previous reply. For quality sound you may have to buy a software or hardware.
