HP640 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings,

I am the computer specialist for a company. We have several HP640G2 on Windows 10 x64bits, full updated.

In Augustus, Windows 10 launched the Anniversary update, but since we have sometimes (not always!) a bug with the sound. Actually, at the start of the computer, there is no sound (we can see at the system tray the sound  icon with a red X). Detecting problems with Windows changes nothing.

So, I installed the new driver for DTS, but no change for some users: sometimes, no sound, and need to reboot to (hope) get sound again.

According to me, it's a bug because of software (DTS driver or Windows 10) ; so, can you fix that please?

Thank you,

Regards.
