Product: HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G9 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Several users are complaining about voice cutting out often so only part of words can be heard on their new HP 865 G9 laptops. This is happening at home when they are connected via WiFi. If they are connected using cable but on the same home router, sound is OK. It cannot be home internet issue because users are connected to different routers in ISPs. They didn't experience such (or any) issues on old Dell 5490 laptops. 

Update of all drivers, BIOS, FWs didn't help.
