I can't find B&O play icon on my task bar again, have searched for the driver or software on my laptop again, please help

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.
Have you tried to reinstall the program from HP Recovery manager?
To resolve this issue, follow the steps to reinstall the audio driver:
- Launch HP Recovery Manager from all apps.
- Select-> HP Help and Support -> HP Recovery Manager.
- Select Reinstall drivers and/or applications from the list.
- Select Conexant High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver.
- Select Install.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
- Restart the computer after the installation is completed.
