I can't  find B&O play icon on my task bar again, have searched for the driver or software on my laptop again, please help

I understand that the B&O play icon is missing on the taskbar. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried to reinstall the program from HP Recovery manager?

 

To resolve this issue, follow the steps to reinstall the audio driver:

 

  1. Launch HP Recovery Manager from all apps.
  2. Select-> HP Help and Support -> HP Recovery Manager.
  3. Select Reinstall drivers and/or applications from the list.
  4. Select Conexant High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver.
  5. Select Install.
  6. Follow the on screen instructions.
  7. Restart the computer after the installation is completed.
