Product: 255 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

 

I have the following problem with my HP 255 G3 laptop I have upgraged to windows 10, but have problems with the sound coming out of the laptop, I use pc speakers that I plugin to the headphones slot, but when the pc speakers are plugin sound comes from the laptop speakers as well as the pc speakers that are plugin to the headphones slot, has the same problem when I use headphones as well.

 

any help would be great.
