After having some issues, I reinstalled Windows 10. Now my sound is very low even when set to 100%. I have tried all the common fixes - setting drivers to High Def Audio, disabling/enabling enhancements, etc.
I think it might have something to do with the fact that I am supposed to have Beats Audio on my laptop but it was never reinstalled.
Thanks

Hi,
The amd HD driver is related to audio over an hdmi connection - the idt audio driver I linked to in my previous post is for your notebooks internal speakers and should also provide the Beats gui.
Open windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'. From the new layout, if you now see the Beats symbol, open this and check that it's enabled.

Hi,
Try installing the IDT software package on the following link.

Thanks, this helped a bit. At first there was no change in the sound. But then I manually changed one of the sound drivers to AMD High Definition and no wthe sound is louder.
Unfortunately, it is still not the same quality as ...there is no bass at all.
Is there antything else that I can do??
Thanks
