Hi,
Reinstall the idt driver again, then reboot.
Open windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'.
Does the Beats icon show in this view?

Hi,
Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your m7 series notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.

Hi,
Download and reinstall the IDT driver package on the link below - this should also provide the Beats gui.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.
