Product: probook 450 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i am facing the problem since last few days

 

a cracking sound is coming from the speakers ......

 

whether i play music or watch video, everytime i hear the sound

 

it is really annoying

 

please help me to resolve this.........
