hi,

i got a problem in my B&0 play audio control .when i noticed that i cant find B&0 pac in my taskbar and search for it and tried to open it but no response from b&0 pac .when i tried to open it as admin it's showing me the publisher name as realtek but the application is still not opening . And this realtek has taken my notebook's awesome audio into nightmare . where some creepy things happing in my notebook . when ever i play the music or play any audios all output source is not responding . Now i can't hear anything from my notebook cos my internal and external audio system option as been blocked from this realtek i think so.yeah, not even  with headphones too. such a mess . i troubleshoot the problem its says that this system has no problems yet.now what should i do?
