Hi AFD23dffcs,
So looking at that vendor and device ID I wasn't able to exactly pull a driver for that, it appears to be an Intel PCI controller.
This may be covered under the chipset drivers for that model or they may be "baked in" to Windows as a core component. Let's try the following drivers:
Intel ChipIa
- Intel Chipset: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=7834513&swItemId=ob_164497_1&swEnvOid=405...
- Intel Management Engine: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=7834513&swItemId=ob_162000_1&swEnvOid=405...
Those should fix any missing chipset drivers. If that doesn't you may need to reinstall Windows on that machine.
I am an HP Employee.
