Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly.

 

above message starts display on the screen and viseo stop playing. you wait for one or two hours and then try everything start functioning properly.

 kindly provide suggestions to overcome the issue
