Hi,
I was doing a driver upgrade using the on board assistant. I may have pressed a wrong button, I suspect "Firmware" because when I tried to boot the device I was presented with a black screen. The Caps Lock key was blinking and the power key was On.
I think the File Navigator may have something to do with it.
Details which may assist are:
Product No. F6C78PA#ABG
[Personal information removed]
Born 5/9/2014 (?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
PS
Since the origial post I have managed, somehow, to get into windows 10and am presenlty at a screen headed "Advanced options" with the sub headings
System Restore, System image recovery, UEFI firmware settings etc.
in view of this could you please advise what path I shoul take
Cheers
