Blue bar asking for admin/startup password. after 3 attempts I get this code [85017291] what do I do from this point? Please help.

Device is an HP Hewlett-Packard pavilion x2

IF it was not  [  i    85017291  ]

 

then delete your serial number and try this    30975817

Ok that worked but now how do I wipe the password so I can get back into it

I don't understand.  I provided an alternate BIOS access password.

If it worked then it worked.  BIOS is F10?

When entering my windows password I guess I've forgotten the one that goes to this device being I use so many different passwords. It popped up a message saying "your device is offline, please enter the password that was last associated with this device"
