Hello!


When I started my computer it sent me to a screen saying the following: ”Boot device not found” and underneath ”Please install an operating system on yout hard disk” 

 

so i did a check ln my hard drive and it says ”No hard drive installed” 

 

what do i do??

Hej Kalle,

please, try the HP UEFI Hardware Diagnostics.  Power on the notebook and press immediately the ESC Key several times, until the HP Start menue is shown. Pressing the F2 Key will start the Hardware Diagnostics. Post the error code here.
