Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hi,

 

I tried all of the tips mentioned from previous posts but cannot get past the admin/power on password screen for our HP 110 mini.  Serial # is CNC0433JK8.  Do you have any additional suggestions?  Thanks!
