Product: HP envy 14 beats edition

Hello how are you, I have an HP envy 14 beats edition (model 14t-1200). Which is with blinking caps, so I searched the internet is a bios issue.

The solution I found was to reinstall via USB, but when I put my serial key or my product on this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers it tells me that none is valid, and they are the ones on the recorded pc.

I understand that it must be because she is old, but she would need to obtain them. Thank you
